Scholarships
120 free passes with travel up to $400 and three nights at the Harbour Inn. Apply by 1 March; we reply by 15 March.
Supporter passes pay for 80 of them and our host partners for 40. You don't need to be a speaker, a maintainer or anyone in particular. Tell us what you run and why the two days would help.

Refunds and transfers
The rules, plainlyWhat if I can't come?
Full refund until 1 April, half until 1 May, then transfers only. If you're ill, it's a full refund at any time; no note needed.
Can I give my pass to someone else?
Yes, until 6 May, from your order page. There's no fee.
Do you charge booking fees?
No. The price on the ticket plus sales tax is what you pay.
Can I pay by invoice?
For three passes or more. Send us the names and a purchase order number; we hold the seats for seven days.
